As my items are handmade refunds will be permitted in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied item (minus shipping) please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. 

As most of my Items are handmade to order for you, no 2 items will be exactly the same, as is the nature of handmade and we know that is what you love about it.

This also means at rare times, your item may vary in fabric placement, or slight dye colour or small embellishment, depending on availability of supplies.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have received your item and would prefer an exchange rather than the one you have or for a custom order to be made to your requirements.
