This beautiful tutu skirt can be paired up with any of my singlets
and would look even cuter with the lace leggings underneath. 

The skirt has a stretch waistband which is then covered by a satin ribbon.
It has 3 layers of beautiful tulle.
Because of the stretch waistband the skirt is suitable for 1- 5 years olds.
Skirt length is roughly 25 cm long.
